The unusually large signals from lysosome-specific proteins suggest the sample was prepared by centrifugation, with mitochondrial and microsomal contaminants. Of the top ten proteins listed (excluding albumin), all are the best exemplars for those proteins in GPMDB (as of 12/29/2007).
You have to use the Adobe After Effects menu and help menu to insert the efetfcs and sounds in the appropriate places on the video timeline. It's really too involved to explain it here. Look for tutorials for Adobe After Effects in Yahoo search and check out the links supplied below too! Good luck and happy editing!
