Josh,Those are two very good points. If I get this up and ruinnng, I was planning on porting the data from the phil journal wiki.Regarding spam bots. That's the one thing I haven't figured out yet. I think I can do captcha to access a page in wordpress. I might try that. None of the plugins I've looked at have built in captcha.

This data set was transferred to GPMDB from PRIDE on May 9th, 2007. It was obtained from PRIDE experiments 1755 to 1772 and reanalyzed. The data can be found here.

Josh,Those are two very good points. If I get this up and ruinnng, I was planning on porting the data from the phil journal wiki.Regarding spam bots. That's the one thing I haven't figured out yet. I think I can do captcha to access a page in wordpress. I might try that. None of the plugins I've looked at have built in captcha.

The source of the original spectra was cerebrospinal fluid.

The data is moderate quality and it can be used as a list of proteins that can easily be observed from CSF. It contains particularly strong identifications for C3, C4B, CFH, NRCAM and GSN. The data appears to have been prefiltered, so there is an unusually high fraction of spectra in the original data set identified (97%). Overall, the MS/MS spectra show better mass calibration than is normally the case for LCQ data.
