GPM recent changes

This page will be used to track changes to the files the make up the GPM display system.

2008/11/28

1. temporarily redirection of ENSEMBL requests to the ENSEMBL mirror in Beijing (until new EBI interface has stabilized)
2. tandem.exe - updated to 2008.12.01.1
3. hs.gif - new human display gif theme: chinese movie stars

2008/11/18

1. restricted access submission to GPMDB now allowed from all public search sites
2. added GPM Review portal for restricted access data links and updated reviewer page
3. due to changes in the ENSEMBL interface, the ENSEMBL data is temporarily being taken from the mirror site in Beijing rather than the EBI home site, requiring a change in common.pl

1. hs.gif - human display gif theme - French artists

1. plist.pl - corrected pattern matching problem with some PRIDE ID values that resulted in missing hyperlinks.

1. phplctab.pl - added an arrow gif to indicate the column used for the display sorting.
2. hs.gif - new human display gif theme: African Artists
3. right_bar.js - new links for the GPMDB main page
