The GPMDB Portal for Restricted Access Data Sets allows users to access specific data set stored in GPMDB that are not available to the general public. These restricted datasets cannot be accessed using the normal GPMDB interface, meaning that they will not appear in lists created by search queries on the main database, for example keyword or peptide sequence searches.
In order to obtain access to a specific dataset, simply enter the data's GPM accession number and a valid email address. The resulting display will allow the user to manipulate the data using all of the displays associated with the current GPM interface, such as pathway analysis, GO analysis, peptide displays, protein displays, etc.
