Notes

  • Tables are blue blocks, with their names italicized.
  • Primary keys for each table are listed as underlined.
  • A diamond between two tables means a relationship exists directly between the two tables.
  • A single line means a single key forms that table's side of the relationship, while a double like means many keys form a side of the relationship.
  • E.g., for the relationship between the mem_peptides and mem_acc_nums table, a single id from the mem_peptides table can refer to many rowids from the mem_acc_nums table.
