This script displays a histogram depicting the parent ion mass error as a function of the expectation value.
The required argument path is the path to the GPM file to parse for retention time data. The optional arguments are proex, npep, style and ltype. The proex argument is used in creating links to other data displays in the GPM. The npep, style and ltype arguments all control the display style of the links printed at the top of the page.
