Notes

  • Tables are blue blocks, with their names italicized.
  • Primary keys for each table are listed as underlined.
  • A diamond between two tables means a relationship exists directly between the two tables.
  • A single line means a single key forms that table's side of the relationship, while a double like means many keys form a side of the relationship.
  • E.g., for the relationship between the protein and peptide table, a single proid from the protein table can refer to many pepids from the peptide table, but many pepids from the peptide table can return the same proid from the protein table. In the case of the peptide_word_index and peptide table, a unique pepid can appear under many keyids, and many keyids can refer to the same pepid.
