Comments

The results show that the original protein sample was derived from a cytoplasmic source. The identified proteins are dominated by lysosomal and endoplasmic reticulum proteins, suggesting that this sample was a single fraction from an cell component fractionation experiment.

The data is very high quality and it is a good example of the type of identifications that can be generated using MALDI and a TOF-TOF instrument.
